In 2023 Rachel ran the New York Marathon to complete the amazing feat of running all the major marathons. Rachel and I then started working together as she was keen to move her focus away from marathons and onto improving her 10k and half marathon times.
I am working with Rachel on a plan that will target PBs at these distances in 2024 and things have started well with a 1.44 half marathon in January.
