Why choose me?
The online coaching I provide is tailored to meet your needs. Unlike other online running coaches I create and send your running plans on a weekly basis and adjust it depending on progress as you work towards your running goals. If you are ahead of the plan I can adjust it, if you have an injury, illness or a tricky few weeks, again I will adjust the plan to ensure it helps you progress. In addition I talk to you about your strength and conditioning, injury prevention and nutrition to help you get the best from your running.
