How it works

When you sign up you complete a detailed profile questionnaire that gives me information about your running, lifestyle, health, nutrition and much more and then we have a virtual call to go through it all. At the call we will talk about your running goals for the year ahead, and from then I will create a plan designed to help you meet the goals. We can also discuss any other aspects of the questionnaire that will help in your training, such as nutrition and strength and conditiioing.

 

Then as you progress through the training you provide me with feedback each week (via text, WhatsApp, Strava) and then the next weeks training is informed by the previous weeks running. We can also have monthly calls to check in progress and discuss any issues. This process means that the running plans each week are attainable and helping you progress.
